Policies & Payments

New Clients

New clients will be required to provide a non-refundable $50 deposit which will be applied to your first visit. The deposit fee is required at the time of booking or we cannot hold your appointment. If you miss your appointment or cancel within 48 business hours, your deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation/No Show

No showing to your appointment (or cancelling with short notice) denies another patient the opportunity to be treated. Clients who no show (or cancel without ample notice) may be required to make a deposit before scheduling future appointments. Multiple occurrences may result in dismissal from our practice.

Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. If you must cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so we may offer your time to other patients. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. If your schedule is tight, please feel free to call ahead to confirm that our appointments are running on time as scheduled.

If we cannot accommodate you with a desirable appointment time, we may offer the option to drop your pet off and leave him or her with us for a few hours. Once the doctor has finished the exam, we will give you a call to discuss the diagnosis and discharge instructions.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your safety and the safety of our staff and animals in our care, we require that all animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers while in the waiting room and parking lot.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
